Product Description:
Intumescent Fire & Smoke Telescopic Letterbox sets are suitable for 30 minutes rating in fire doors,
Standard size is 272mm x 70mm with a Black frame.
Aavailable in Satin Nickel, Satin Aluminum, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Polished Aluminum or Gold Anodised letter plates.
Cut out required on the standard size is 235mm x 50mm.
Commercial size is 306mm x 70mm with a Black frame and available in Satin Nickel, Satin Aluminum, Polished Brass or Polished Chrome letter plate flaps.
Cut out required on the commercial size is 274mm x 57mm.
The set has an integral intumescent liner around the plastic telescopic sleeve section of the letterplate. In the event of a fire the intumescent liner expands to seal the letterbox aperture and retains the fire integrity of the door.
Suitable for use up to 1050mm from base floor level and adjustable to
suit door thickness
Smoke Tested to BS 476 Part 31.1 with a fully sealed back plate and
letter plate flaps there is no need for an integral brush seal.
