Intumescent Fire-Smoke Telescopic Letterbox Set Installation

Please note that the maximum tested height from the floor to the letterbox is 1050mm to stay within the tested criteria.

The letterboxes are adjustable to suit door thickness of 40mm - 65mm for 30 minute rated doors only. Fixing screws supplied

To install
1 Cut either a 235mm x 50mm aperture or 274mm x 57mm for the commercial range at your selected position on the door or solid wall.

2 Insert letter plate sections through each side of the door or aperture, ensuring that they correctly engage together

. 3 Secure letterbox to door or aperture using screws supplied.

4 To maintain integrity, ensure gaps between letterbox and door or aperture are sealed using intumescent sealant.
