Product Description:
FIRE GRILLES:
Intuchem Intumescent air transfer grille is a durable ventilation
grille which is easily mounted in Fire doors, & solid walls, and
can provide in excess of 60 Minutes fire rating.
Suitable for mounting up to 1,000mm (1m) from floor level.
Comprising of an intumescent slated core within a galvanized steel frame with vermin proof mesh fitted to both faces.
The design allows a free area of 80% approximately - see our table below for guidance
Maximum grille size is 600mm² or equivalent area, or use a combination of grilles up to a maximum size of 1500 x 1000mm.
Circular grilles are available in 100, 125, 150, 200, 225, 250 and 300mm diameter sizes.
LOUVERED COVER PLATES:
We can also supply steel Louvered Cover Plates matched to the appropriate grille dimensions.
Intuchem Steel Louvered Cover Plates are manufactured from a robust fabricated 2Oswg mild steel, with a free flow are of approx 70%. Available in Satin Anodised Aluminium.
